I visited Stormont Madubela Primary School in Nyanga this morning to check on the progress of our project. The first elements of the fence are up and the toilet blocks are looking better and better. The construction is still going on and I will be back and share new images in the next two weeks.

Through a growing partnership between Ukhanyo Primary School in Masiphumelele and Grundschule Neubiberg in Bavaria, children in Bavaria were able to sell Vuvuzelas the learners in Masiphumelele made. The partner school Grundschule Neubibiberg was able to raise funds to support Ukhanyo Primary School. Here are some pictures from both schools and the handover in Neubiberg.

On 29 June 2012, we celebrate the beginning of the new Rotary year with the traditional Induction Dinner and induction of the new leadership of the club. We are celebrating at the Westin. The event is open for anyone interested in Rotary and the cost for the evening is R225 per person.
